Aman Merchant
A mission-driven serial parallel entrepreneur, futurist, coach and angel investor with 25+ years experience across 12 ventures in education, social impact and disruptive innovation, Aman is Chief Provocateur at strategic futures lab Radicle and Chief Curator at the MENAP region’s first Edtech collective (ReimaginED Collective). Previous engagements include co-curating programs for  RewirEd, Expo2020, Singularity University, Dubai Airport Free Zone, twofour54, preceded by his role at leading Impact Hub Dubai.
A member of both the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) & Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), he holds a 1st Class Masters (Hons) Degree from Oxford University & is also a Stanford Business School & London School of Economics alum. An Entrepreneur Mentor in Residence at London Business School since 2014, he is the MENA region’s 1st Impact Investing Fellow at AVPN,  UAE’s 1st Fellow with OnDeck Edtech as well as a certified Peak Performance coach from the Flow Genome Project.
Eunji Kang
Eunji is a systems change and experimental product lead at Radicle. She is currently based in Seoul Innovation Park, South Korea and leads projects throughout Europe and Asia regions. Her practice uses visual communication and system thinking to identify complex societal challenges that capture collective intelligence in order to develop strategic pathways for the systems change.
Ilana Wetzler
Ilana is a transformational coach and facilitator, guiding people individually and collectively to the deepest part of who they are to fully express the life that is within them. She has led numerous global initiatives in purpose-driven entrepreneurship and social change and facilitated over 300 programs in transformational leadership and inner work. After a decade of following her heart’s work around the world, her physical body collapsed inviting her on a much deeper journey inwards. Since then she has become a guide for leaders, pioneers and those will the courage to explore the depths of who they are – creating spaces for them to return to their true nature, listen to their soul and cultivate the capacities to lead profound transformation.

Indy Johar
Indy is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategic Designer of Radicle. An architect by training, Indy is a Senior Innovation Associate with the Young Foundation and a visiting Professor at the University of Sheffield. He co-founded Impact Hub Birmingham and Open Systems Lab, was a member of the RSA’s Inclusive Growth Commission. He is a thought leader in system change, the future of urban infrastructure finance, outcome-based investment, and the future of governance.
Junaid Seraj
Junaid is the Programme Associate at Radicle. He is passionate about working at innovative system changes and brand intimacy with corporates and startups alike. He is responsible for ensuring project activities and deliverables are implemented efficiently and successfully while also ensuring the research and collection of key data and reports are relevant for the project. Junaid previously led program coordinations at MENA region's leading aviation and tourism startup accelerator by the Emirates Group partnered with Dubai Tourism(DTCM). With a passion for design and journalism, he was also the editorial assistant for the Entrepreneur Magazine.  
Moreen Nazarath

Moreen is the Programme Manager at Radicle. Her role involves creating innovative partnerships, programs, and communication campaigns, infused with technology & human connection, across international and national landscapes. The common thread around her mandate is to foster cross-sectorial collaboration that addresses complex societal challenges. She has been leading the creation of client-focussed outputs for workshops and senior external partners' communication. A graduate of Brown University, she has most recently been involved with projects related to futurism, global education, and systems change through her work with Singularity University, Dubai Cares, and the Dubai Future Foundation.

Wajiha Humayun
Wajiha is a Report Content Lead at Radicle. Her role involves researching and building narratives to explore sustainable futures and developing strategic and experimental pathways for systemic change within key domains such as education, health, climate change, food security and natural ecosystems, additionally her role also involves researching and analyzing complex system challenges within various sectors. With a background in Architecture and Urban Planning, she holds an undergraduate degree from Loughborough University and a master’s degree in City Design and Social Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is currently pursuing her PhD at the Department of International Development at King's College London, undertaking research on the social urban transformation in the Middle East. She has more recently been involved in researching material changes within spaces in relation to the socio-cultural and socio-spatial forms and systems in the everyday life of the city. She also has a keen interest in visual design, where she actively works and supports with illustrative report design, concept design in various research and design projects.
