Aman Merchant
Aman Merchant is the Co-Founder and Chief Provocateur of Radicle. A mission-driven serial parallel entrepreneur, Aman is passionate about transforming industries, cities and lives through ideating and launching ambitious new platforms. Along with being the Chief Optimizer at Epiq360, he previously curated Abundance 360 Dubai (a CEO Summit with Singularity University) and co-founded & led Impact Hub Dubai. Aman holds a 1st Class Masters Degree (Hons) from Oxford University in Politics, Philosophy & Economics. An LSE, Stanford GSB & Oxford Business Alumni, he is also a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
Chloe Treger
Chloe is research and analysis lead for Radicle. With degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from Oxford University and an MSc in Urban Planning and City Design from the UCL Bartlett School of Planning, at Radicle she has built up a wide-ranging experience in strategic projects, including innovative approaches to unlocking collective investment in urban civic assets; building narratives to explore regulatory futures and developing experimental pathways towards a technologically enabled next-generation system of environmental governance.
Eunji Kang
Eunji is a systems change and experimental product lead at Radicle. She is currently based in Seoul Innovation Park, South Korea and leads projects throughout Europe and Asia regions. Her practice uses visual communication and system thinking to identify complex societal challenges that capture collective intelligence in order to develop strategic pathways for the systems change.
Ilana Butler
Ilana is a transformational coach and facilitator, guiding people individually and collectively to the deepest part of who they are to fully express the life that is within them. She has led numerous global initiatives in purpose-driven entrepreneurship and social change and facilitated over 300 programs in transformational leadership and inner work. After a decade of following her heart’s work around the world, her physical body collapsed inviting her on a much deeper journey inwards. Since then she has become a guide for leaders, pioneers and those will the courage to explore the depths of who they are – creating spaces for them to return to their true nature, listen to their soul and cultivate the capacities to lead profound transformation.

Indy Johar
Indy is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategic Designer of Radicle. An architect by training, Indy is a Senior Innovation Associate with the Young Foundation and a visiting Professor at the University of Sheffield. He co-founded Impact Hub Birmingham and Open Systems Lab, was a member of the RSA’s Inclusive Growth Commission. He is a thought leader in system change, the future of urban infrastructure finance, outcome-based investment, and the future of governance.
Jack Minchella
Jack is strategic design lead, combining design-thinking, process management & systems strategy. An architect by training, Jack leads on a wide range of strategic research and futures visualisation projects. He has been leading the creation of client-focussed outputs for workshops and senior external partners communication. Jack has extensive experience in social innovation, sustainable urban futures & policy design. As well as co-founding the think-tank In-Between Economies in Copenhagen.
Moreen Nazarath
Moreen is a Programme Associate at Radicle who supports the management & execution of different programs and projects. A graduate from Brown University with an MS in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship, she is committed to the advancement of humanity through the adoption and assimilation of unique systems and technologies. She has most recently been involved with programs supporting futurism and social innovation through her work with Singularity University, Expo2020 and the Dubai Future Foundation to name a few.
Sofie Yung
Sofie is the Head of Programs at Radicle and is responsible for managing programs and building new partnerships. Sofie is passionate about making a positive impact in the world and has previously been engaged with poverty alleviation through local NGOs and donor agencies in Europe and Africa including the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and USAID implementing partner.
