Radicle was commissioned by Expo Live to map the UAE food waste ecosystem via a visual framework that captured the fundamental challenges and opportunities faced by key stakeholders of the food supply chain including producers, distributors, retailers, regulators, amongst others. Radicle outlined a system mapping approach that captured the above complexities in a rich visual representation, identifying opportunities challenges and opportunities for further improvement of the UAE’s food waste ecosystem.
